The easiest way to find your reservation is by checking your confirmation email or message. If you cannot locate it, please contact us with the name used for the booking and your expected stay dates, and we will help you find it.

If you have asked an important question and have not yet received a reply, it is usually best to wait if that information affects your decision to stay. However, if your dates are available and you are ready to proceed, you may still complete the booking. Please remember that we are not available 24 hours a day, so replies may sometimes take a little time.

Potamos Guest House is a family-run guest house offering a warm and personal stay in a traditional village setting. It combines comfort, charm, and a more relaxed atmosphere than a standard hotel.

For Potamos Guest House, the Resolution Centre simply means direct support for reservation-related issues. If there is a problem with your booking, payment, stay, or any unexpected issue, please contact us directly and we will work with you to resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible.

We currently offer two main accommodation options: the Village Studio and the One Bedroom Suite.

The Village Studio is ideal for 2 guests, while the One Bedroom Suite can accommodate up to 3 guests.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

 

Potamos Guest House is currently arranged as an adults-only stay, so children are not accommodated.
